Our covid19 standard operational procedures and prevention strategies.

All our courier partners have standard protocols in place to prevent the spread of SARS-CoV2. Feel free to instruct deliveries as per specific requirements or none contact deliveries. Staff are scanned daily and packages packaged in a clean environment using appropriate PPE. We recommend handling unsealed items with appropriate PPE and countermeasures.

International customers please note that we have options available for delivery. These are not perfect by any means, either costly or slow. Patience will be required and appreciated with regards to deliveries outside of South African borders. We'll attempt to add complementary items to every order

Standard shipping is a low cost option and only available to specific countries as listed below currently. Flights are limited and delays should be expected. We'll update as more borders open for trade.

Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Japan, London, Malaysia,Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine, USA.

Any orders from other countries have to use door to door courier!
